Learning at Fulbright extends outside the lecture room. The Student Engagement programs introduce students to invaluable resources that support their transition to university life and to engaged citizenship.

Student Engagement programs are designed to complement students’ in-class learning with experiential activities which provide opportunities to develop important life skills, build community, and make rewarding connections.

Our campus hosts a diverse lineup of clubs that connect students to like minded Fulbright fellows. With guidance from staff and faculty advisors, students can come together to fully explore, develop and pursue lifelong passions, actively planning and participating in projects close to their heart.

From debate and diplomacy to LGBTQI rights, from business and investment to arts, music and architecture, Fulbright student life is one of vibrant community and inspired experience.

Fulbright Student Council (FSC) is the body of elected undergraduate student representatives. It’s operated by Fulbright students and officially endorsed by the university as the representatives of the Student Body at Fulbright.

Its mission is to represent and advocate for the needs, interests, and concerns of Fulbright students through open dialogues and transparency with the university, as well as building a campus community of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Fulbright offers a growing range of sports and recreation activities that support students’ health and wellbeing. Students can develop skills and knowledge in physical fitness alongside fellow students as well as professional coaches. Fulbright sport clubs aim to promote a balanced lifestyle, together with teamwork and leadership skills, enabling students to thrive in school and in life.

Funded by USAID under the partnership with Fulbright University Vietnam, the ASEAN Social Impact Program (ASIP) aims to equip young change makers with necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to tackle social issues. Each year, ASIP will bring together 100 young change makers from Fulbright and other universities in Vietnam and/or ASEAN to our Crescent Campus to explore a specific social issue based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Over the course of 3 days, participants will engage in interactive training on the issue, ideation, and project management, connect with thought leaders in the field, go on site visits, and collaborate to develop and pitch project proposals address the social issue in their community. Winning teams will receive up to $10,000 in total to realize their ideas in 3 months.
